Md Nayem Hossain Shakil, the CEO & Managing Director of NR Business Solution Ltd, has been honored with the prestigious Asian Business Iconic Award 2025 for his outstanding contribution to the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry and for creating employment opportunities for fresh graduates and youth in Bangladesh.
This award was presented during an international ceremony held in Kathmandu, Nepal, recognizing distinguished entrepreneurs from eight South Asian nations: Bangladesh, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Maldives.
Mr. Shakil proudly represented Bangladesh as a young visionary entrepreneur in the BPO sector. His mission is to enhance youth employment, especially for freshers, and to strengthen Bangladesh’s presence in the global outsourcing market.
The chief guest of the award ceremony was Honorable Minister Ani Bahadur Shahi of Nepal, alongside former ministers and dignitaries from other participating countries.
With a strong focus on innovation and international collaboration, Mr. Shakil envisions contributing significantly to the national economy through job creation and foreign remittance.
